Beartex Flap Wheels are formed by mounting sheets of Beartex web material around a fibre centre hub… the tightly packed pieces
forming the spokes of a wheel. The construction makes flap wheel most conformable of all the Beartex wheel products. This provides a cushioning action which is ideal for use on uneven or irregular surfaces, as well as flat areas. Beartex flap wheels are available from 120# to 1000# in Silicon Carbide and Aluminium Oxide. When the flap wheel made of Aluminium Oxide is used on most metals, it produces a dull or matt type long scratch pattern. Beartex Spindle Mounted Mops are made by mounting Beartex flaps around a spindle. These Mops find extensive use in polishing of SS sinks flat surfaces which cannot be reached by regular Beartex Flap Wheels.
Floor Pads are made from a high denier nylon fibre and special resins. These pads are available in discs form suited for cleaning, scrubbing and polishing of floors. The pads are colour identified so that they are easily coded for the application. Pads are available in sizes from 300mm (12”) to 500mm (20”) to suit various floor polishing machines.

Beartex T Series Mops are made from a high strength nylon fibre impregnated with synthetic abrasive grains and bonded into a 3 dimensional structure. These wheels are non smearing and can withstand higher pressures. Ideal wheel for matt finishing on SS and final finishing of precision parts. Suited for dent removal applications on watch straps and watchcases. Extensively used for light deburring of burrs caused by stamping, punching and other machining operations.
