Product Overview

The NOGA COBRA drop ejector (Model/SKU: CB2000) is a precision-engineered cooling and lubrication system designed to accurately shoot small quantities of liquid to distinct targets. An air-actuated piston propels drops through a flexible hose onto the target area. The system is operated by clean air at a pressure of 3 to 9 bar and can apply most liquids and solvents with a viscosity up to 250 cst.

• Precision Delivery: Accurately shoots small quantities of liquid to specific, distinct targets via an air-actuated piston and flexible hose.
• Adjustable Shot Volume: The amount of liquid in each shot can be adjusted using the tuning screw located at the back of the COBRA unit.
• Drop Size Control: Features a drop size control nut "S" to regulate drop dimensions.
• Air Flow Adjustment: Regulated via nozzle nut "T" (applicable in spray/dispersed setups).
• Timing Options: Drop shots can be automatically timed or manually determined by the user.
• Fluid Supply Options: Fluid can be supplied either by fitting a 350 cc bowl (CB0146) directly onto the unit or by connecting a larger 4-liter container (CB0147) using a 4 mm hose.
• Operating Pressure: Requires clean air operating pressure of 3–9 bar.
• Viscosity Range: Compatible with most liquids and solvents up to 250 cst viscosity.
