MOUNTED POINTS

Mounted Points are precision abrasive tools designed for grinding, deburring, finishing, and polishing hard-to-reach areas. Available in various shapes and sizes, they are ideal for use on metal, steel, cast iron, and other materials.
  • Group A: Large-shaped mounted points for heavy-duty and specialized grinding applications. Standard shank: 1/4" × 1-1/2".
  • Group B: High-speed mounted points for narrow spaces, inside corners, and difficult-to-reach areas. Standard shank: 1/8" × 1-1/2".
  • Group W: Straight mounted points for general-purpose grinding. Wheels up to 1/4" diameter use a 1/8" × 1-1/2" shank; larger sizes use a 1/4" × 1-1/2" shank unless otherwise specified.

Group A

  • Mounted points are for specific applications requiring large size, shaped mounted points. The standard shank size is 1/4″ x 1-1/2″.
Group B

  • For high speed, special applications; used for narrow space, inside corners and other hard-to-reach areas. The standard shank size is 1/8″ x 1-1/2″.
Group W
