Operated via a pneumatic actuator powered by a 3 bar compressed air supply (compatible with a standard workshop air-line or compressor), the system utilizes a capacitance probe fitted directly behind and in constant contact with the measuring head to ensure transducer-type accuracy. Measurements are triggered via a foot switch connected to the airline, with data transmitted automatically via cable back to the digital readout at the operator end.
