M.A. Ford CERAedge® Coated Diamond Grind Routers are engineered for high-performance routing in abrasive materials. These tools are manufactured from ultra-fine micrograin carbide and are available in four distinct point configurations to suit specific routing requirements.

Operational Notes

Slotting: Tools must have an end grind to perform slotting operations.
Side Milling: For side milling, use a Radial Depth (Ae) of 20% or less. Conventional milling is recommended for optimal surface finish.
Safety: Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses and protective clothing). Ensure machines are fully guarded.
