Imada offers manual or motorized spring testers in vertical or horizontal configurations. Lever-operated manual systems enable rapid compression and tension spring testing. Wheel-operated manual systems enable slower, more precise movement with the hand wheel.
Motorized compression testers offer the most control and highest degree of repeatability with the ability to set a constant test speed and range of movement. All spring testers can be configured with a digital force gauge with data output for analysis by data acquisition software. An optional digital distance meter to measure displacement is available.

Wheel Operated Spring Tester

The Wheel Operated Spring Tester is ideal for measuring compression or tension of springs. The Model HV-110offers the precise control of a hand wheel test stand. The HV-110 measures both compression and tension without any conversion and is equipped with a precision digital distance meter. Lever Operated Spring Tester

The test stand is equipped with a digital distance meter. Imada DS2 force gauges are available in capacities of a few ounces up to 220 lbf. Both force and displacement data may be collected.
